Our desire to bring hope and help to Kenya has brought us to the city of Kericho. We are reaching out to make a difference in the lives of many young ones who have found themselves in a difficult and hopeless situation.

We have teamed up with Green Ivy School, a primary school for children preschool through 8th grade, under the direction of Betty Ng’eny. In this school, many children are missing either one or both parents due to death by AIDS, or they are members of a very low income household.

When we first began our cooperation with Green Ivy School in 2005, the school had only 45 students. Many of the children were unable to pay tuition, therefore the school had very few books and supplies, and the school facilities were inadequate.
